Memorization and Retention Still Have Their Place for Your Fall
Curriculum
Children's Ministry International's "Bible Building Blocks of
the Faith Curriculum" has taken 145 key, biblical questions that
children NEED to know to grow in their faith (taken from the
Reformed Westminster Confession of Faith) and put them into 14
updated topical series- "The Bible Building Blocks of the Faith"
for your Sunday School, Sunday Evening, Catechism/Bible Club and
Mid-week educational needs.
QUESTIONS every Sunday School
teacher, Christian parent, and educator should ask every time
they consider a curriculum for their children:
1. Are my children truly growing
in Christ and in the knowledge of the Bible?
2. Is too much of the curriculum I'm using wasted on games,
fluff and exercises that do not add to my child's Christian
education?
3. If I wanted to go deeper into a Christian subject or Bible
verse, would the curriculum allow it, or is too much stacked up
for the next section?
4. How much are my students really retaining? How can I ensure
that they will hold onto these Bible basics?
5. Is my curriculum Trinity-centered, is Bible knowledge
ensured, is the sovereignty of God in ALL things emphasized?
Children's Ministry International has GREAT answers to
all of the above questions in our distinctive material. Here are
a few characteristics of CMI's Bible Building Blocks of the
Faith and other curriculum:
-
REUSABLE.
Use it over and over again
-
NON-DATED.
Take as much time as you need to ensure your students know
the material
-
MULTI-AGES.
Combine age groups without worry
-
EMPHASIS ON REPETITION
through throughout the 12-14 week series period through
review games, visualized major stories, Scripture verses,
and memory work.
-
Distinctly emphasizing the
sovereignty of God
in all things (reformed).

WHAT'S NEW AT CMI?
CMI travels to Europe for AWM Conference
This summer,
using CMI's
Series M: THE LORD'S PRAYER.
Arab World Ministries (AWM), has asked us to do the
children's program for their international missionary conference.
The details of the European site and date cannot be given for
security reasons, but 16 CMI teachers will be going to teach these
precious missionary children for a week while their parents are in
conference meetings.
 As
most of you know the price of airfare to get our teachers over there
has gone up and our teachers must raise their own travel expenses to
get there. We are expecting travel expenses to be over
$15,000!
Being a friend of this small ministry is where you can help.
Could you pray that our teachers will be in "good shape" to teach
for a week, that they will be prepared and receive help to defray some of the
travel costs? CMI is a non-profit organization, therefore, your
donation would be tax-deductable.
Please consider how you can make this trip to support missionaries
in one of the "toughest" areas of the world possible. Send your
contributions to:
CMI

Tucker, GA 30084
Note on the check's memo line, "Summer Mission trip".
